Question: Will The Covid exposure Notification Dashboard be available to Staff, Faculty and Students? With the new app, the process seems confusing, and many staff are requesting to know when and where an exposure happens, even if the “Who” is obscured for privacy.
Shawn Smith
22:02
How about remote out of the country?
Adrian Amsberry
23:07
Great re delaying baseline testing! What is the process for being approved as off-campus only?
Leslee Koritzke
23:26
That would have been nice to know before I dragged myself in a couple weeks ago.
Matthew Jordan
23:30
Who in HR should people contact?

23:38
HR contact info please.

Question - While I am confident about LACCD protocol, I teach at the high schools for Pierce. I am currently facing the prospect of attending class with a student who is both unvaccinated and has documented exposure. I also cannot receive a guarantee that he has been tested before returning to class. This same student has been suspended for a single class for repeatedly violating mask protocol. Though I work for Pierce, I am currently not afforded the protection offered to my colleagues on campus. I am concerned for my own safety and others teaching at the high schools.
Ruby Christian-Brougham
25:11
Who should be contacted in HR about delaying on-site baseline testing for faculty who have a complete on-line classes. Does that include dual enrollment?
Jerry McClellan
25:30
Has there been any consideration for those who have had Covid and have recovered and, as a consequence, now have natural immunity and therefore do not need a vaccination?
Shawn Smith
25:34
If a faculty member gets an exemption and is teaching remote, he or she does not need to come in for weekly testing, correct?
Carolyn Clark
26:30
Who do you contact when you can't access the link for reporting daily.
Ruby Christian-Brougham
26:33
Who excludes the student from the class? How will the teacher know who is cleared and who is not?
Bonnie Lemus
26:39
Excellent!
Robert Loy
27:07
How does this process work with outreach high school classes?
Carolyn Clark
27:12
I already contacted HR with no response. I am faculty on campus.
Mercy Yanez
27:34
What about reciprocity for our dual enrolled LAUSD students for example in the CATS program.
Curt Riesberg
27:38
So…. In the meantime, there’s no way for the instructor to know if the student is compliant, sitting in the classroom, and cannot be excluded until a lengthy process occurs?
Grace Chee
29:44
I have attempted to upload my vaccine information 4 times and it rejects my Kaiser qr code and pdf.
Mel Kosasky
29:48
Yes Curt as I understand it from personal experience
Mary Copeland
29:53
the cleared4 questionnaire doesn't seem to have any way to track where on the campus someone is going to go. It just asks which campus one is going to.
Grace Chee
29:59
The technology needs to be fixed better so that they can accept, manually if necessary.
Andy LaBrune
30:10
Question: What is the plan if a significant number of students do not want to comply with the covid mandate and choose to drop out in protest? Would the mandate be re-evaluated if 30% or a greater take such action? Would this prompt a re-evaluation of the Telecommuting modality for the rest of the semester to serve those students without the risk of losing them?
Ruby Christian-Brougham
31:06
Since you do not have the links or email for faculty to contact HR about delayed on-site testing-shouldn't you push back the deadline for baseline testing. The baseline testing is this Friday.
Leslee Koritzke
31:30
When we uploaded vaccination info, we were only given 180 clearance. And there’s no way to update with the booster.
Rachael Harper Delupio
31:48
I’m in full support of the tracking of vaccinations and daily surveys on copied systems- my issue as an immunocompromised person is with coming on campus to do the initial covid test - have emailed HR and my direct supervisor and have been redirected to 3 subsequent parties, but have not received clarification
Stuart Souki
31:48
What is the data being used for? Did we sign a document allowing use of the data?
Alexandros Oxyzolou
31:51
ANTIBODY TEST results (IgG) should be a more defined means of verifying an individual's immunity! If it is not required it should at least be allowed for people to furnish these results.
Bonnie Lemus
32:51
Sounds like we should respond to cleared4work every day even if we don't intend to appear on campus.
Carolyn Clark
33:07
I can not access the link for daily screening. Already tried contacting HR. Where do I go from here, asked twice.
Trish Gonzalez
33:23
I am still working remotely due to special circumstances. I am still required to obtain the Green Pass everyday although I am not planning to go to LAVC?
Bonnie Lemus
33:25
There are no religious exemptions!
Shawn Smith
34:12
If someone gets an exemption and is teaching remote, does he or she NOT have to come in weekly to test?
Mel Kosasky
35:00
What is the standard your using for exemption

October 8th deadline, if I remember correctly, to have the initial covid test on one of the laccd campuses
Leslee Koritzke

Nelli Asatryan
38:23
Can we get the recording of these meetings for our records?
Susan Niemeyer
38:58
I would definitely like to get a recording. I had to miss the first part of today's presentation, and I'll be teaching during tomorrow's session.
Karen Carmichael
39:00
My question earlier was to alert Dr. Gutierrez that she mistakenly stated October 18th deadline.
Mr. William Boyer
39:17
The current FAQ posted online includes the basic schedule of testing, times and locations. http://laccd.edu/About/News/Documents/2021/Frequently%20Asked%20Questions%20for%20LACCD%20Vaccination%20and%20Testing%20Program%20091721.pdf
Andy LaBrune
39:49
Question: With Staffing Shortage issues across the District, and the focus on in-person students which may consist of only 30% of the the total enrolled, are there plans to increase the amount of telecommuting staff to accommodate the larger body of Online and Hybrid students, who may not have access to the same services online? (Since limited staff can’t serve online students when tied up with on-campus work, this may mean the district is choosing to serve one group at the expense of the other, which may not help us increase enrollment if we are neglecting the larger online needs.)
Dr. Llanet Martin
39:49
A person is able to go to any location, and simply provide your name and home campus location. If you have any issues because you do not live within LA County, please email HR at BIGGERLV@EMAIL.LACCD.EDU
Leslee Koritzke
40:58
L.A. County is massive. Some people live 2 hours away from any LACCD campus.
Vera Tylecek
41:29
Underline Health Conditions, why does it take so long on campus to approve and meeting with staff and using exception time to wait for an answer. Vera City College
Kristine Wright
41:50
Can vaccine proof be sent directly to HR instead of through the private corp cleared4work and if not why not? Also, for testing, same question - will testing from other CDC approved entities like CVS or our personal health providers be accepted in lieu of testing through Biocept...and if not why not? Data is same but instead of going through 3rd party, many want to submit directly to our employer for privacy and big data concerns.
Shonna Kline
42:41
I lost internet connection - my question is about what protection is being offered for faculty teaching for laccd at high schools. I teach at high schools where students don’t have to be vaccinated or tested and have a student coming into class this week who is exposed, unvaccinated, and has already been suspended once for non-compliance and not wearing a mask. While LACCD is protecting faculty, the high schools have their own protocol, and I am concerned for my safety and others in the high schools.
Nelli Asatryan
43:03
May I ask what diciplinary actions are you referirng to for employees who choose to stand for medical freedom and refuse these experimental treatments? Could you please specify them?
Bonnie Lemus
43:34
Medical freedom? Please!
Adrian Amsberry
43:37
Pfizer is FDA-approved.
Adrian Amsberry
43:48
Not experimental.
Leslee Koritzke

Will all Covid testing sites be open at all campuses all week?
Tanya Sirkin
49:04
I'm guessing the schedule is on the District website but we just put it on the site at LAVC for testing dates on different campuses: https://www.lavc.edu/Coronavirus/Vaccination-Testing.aspx#PCR-Testing-Schedule
Mary Copeland
49:04
You will need to check specifically for the hours/days for testing... and the system is NOT reliable. I was able to schedule an appointment at a date/time when the testing people were not at my campus of choice.
Nelli Asatryan
49:46
is screening available or it's PCR only?
Shawn Smith
52:45
If an individual gets an exemption and is teaching remotely, he or she will NOT be required to come in for weekly testing, correct?

Rachael Harper Delupio
54:47
Question: I am vaccinated and have complied with everything but the initial COVID test. I am immunocompromised and am not yet able to get a booster - I don’t feel safe going in person at this point to a site with multiple people who may or may not be vaccinated, will not have a booster (got J&J ) by the 8th.

I would like to use my weekly LACCD results for LAUSD but there's certain information that's not included in the results. What can we do for that?

56:24
Test one Test all.Why are we just testing the unvaccinated when the CDC and other officials have clearly stated even the fully vaccinated can contract and spread the COVID-19 virus. If we are really looking to protect our students, staff and faculty shouldn't we test everyone every week?

7. Has there been any consideration of a positive serology test (for covid antibodies) as an alternative to vaccination and testing requirements? There is research that suggests natural immunity from those recovering is also impactful in the prevention of future cases and spread of this disease.
Benjamin Horowitz
01:01:36
I don't know about other locations, but I got an early appointment for testing at Pierce. The testing was done in a room in the Gym building. There was a short line up outside and 3 people checking in and 3 administering tests. Everyone was appropriately distanced. I felt it was much safer than going into Walgreens for my flu shot and than visits to my doctor.
Christine Tinberg
01:02:03
True - the Pierce testing site was completely empty when I went.

Why aren't we testing everyone once a week, more like LAUSD where all staff and faculty on campus are tested every week regardless of vaccine status.
Kyle Navasard
01:07:10
Hi. I took my covid test on 9/15/21 but never received the result and it was not uploaded to my cleared4 account. I emailed to covidcolleges@biocept.com but no reply. How can it be fixed?

Has there been an update for music rehearsals that are held inside the classroom? The last guidance stated that ensembles of more than two wind players required the players to where masks, bell covers and to get tested 3 times a week. Do students still need to get tested 3 times a week? Our band only meets once a week. If so, do they need to test on campus?
