Elizabeth Nungaray is a theatre artist that centers her work on social equity for intentionally marginalized communities. She is from the southside Chicago by way of Mexico. As an ensemble member with Teatro Luna she devises and curates new work in Chicago and LA. Elizabeth has worked with Chicago Shakespeare, The Goodman Theatre, Free Street Theatre, 2nd Story, The Los Angeles Theatre Center, played Esperanza in The House on Mango Street Greenway Court Theatre (LA), El Teatro Campesino, Su Teatro (Denver), Hackney Empire (London, UK), Stratford Circus (UK). Her 10 minute plays have been part of the Goodman Theatre’s Latino Theatre Festival. Elizabeth is one half of the Southside SailorScouts an interdisciplinary performance group that focuses on healing through the effects of generational trauma of WOC living in the Southside of Chicago. Elizabeth has trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, Columbia College, and the Goodman Theatre. Elizabeth is currently the Community Liason at Free Street

Maya Malan-Gonzalez is a multidisciplinary artist focused on performing, writing and ensemble collaboration. Maya is an ensemble member with Teatro Luna, her story “Down the Side of the Mountain” is featured in Teatro Luna’s Audible Original audiobook, “Talking While Female and Other Dangerous Acts”. In addition, She’s a lifelong member of Milagro Theatre, where two of her plays, “Huelga” and "Blast Off" are currently being presented virtually. Her play "A Xmas Cuento Remix", had a National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere with Milagro, 16th Street Theater and The Cleveland Public Theatre. Maya is also a company member with Cara Mia Theatre, where she was last seen performing in "Deferred Action" and "De Troya". She has performed at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Edinburgh), Fury Factory Festival (San Francisco), One Theatre World (Chicago), Carnaval of New Work (Chicago), and The Encuentro De Las Américas (Los Angeles).
