We have a question from our Business for the Actor Class. Cesar…do you have an agent and how did you get signed?

Is it ok to work unpaid/low pay to build resume? If yes, how long should one work unpaid/low paid work for? Also how do you figure out your pay rate or should you wait for a production to tell you how much they’ll pay you?

Personally, it was difficult to venture into theatre and find my way because I was the only person in my family in the arts (still am) and realized that I needed to gain confidence and drive, how do you build your confidence and drive?
